We strive for exemplary service--we want to make a difference in your life! Here are details you may want to know:

• Our shopping cart will allow you to order via secure server, snail-mail, or telephone.
• We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards.
• Orders of three pieces or more will receive a 15% discount.
• Wholesale prices are available.
• We will verify all credit card orders by phone before making the jewelry or processing any payment.
• All orders are shipped Insured via US Mail and will arrive in two to four weeks.
• All jewelry is guaranteed from defects for a one-year period, and will be fixed or replaced at no charge during this time.
• Please note: if we make a piece of jewelry but the birth information given us is wrong, we will remake the necklace for a $25.00 charge. Essentially, we'll need to start over again from scratch.
