Our Destiny Jewelry line has been getting a lot of attention recently. In July 2003 we were invited to the American Federation of Astrologers convention in Phoenix to talk about our research and experiences making astrological talisman jewelry. What follows is an excerpt from that workshop.

Everyone has issues in their lives where they're looking to improve.

For some it's their love life. For others it's their job. Almost everyone has something about their personality that they wish was different.

But the grass isn't greener on the other side. Maybe they just give it more water!

To some extent you're hardwired for particular personality traits, and your natal horoscope, or birth chart, is one of the best ways of finding out how you came to be the way you are.

But you're NOT "stuck with" anything. Throughout your life you've had some wonderful things happen to you, and some awful things. And each time, you made a decision about who you are, or how the world works.

But each of those elements of your identity, what you consider "I", was a choice you made at that moment. You may very well be living your life based on assumptions that were, quite literally, made by a child!

What if you could change the way your react to upsets, or be proactive in living your dreams? You can! It's a matter of intention and focus.

While Wandering Star can't do the work for you, we have come up with a line of talismans that you can use as meditation tools to manifest in specific realms of your life.

Called Destiny Jewelry, we came up with 8 areas most people are working to transform: Empowerment, Family, Health, Ideas into Action, Money, Relationships, Stress Relief, and our award-winning World Peace.

We researched actual astrology charts to align around these areas in powerful, profound ways.

And then we wrote out descriptions of the designs in the form of affirmations, planet by planet and house by house, and put them on postcards so that YOU can USE the jewelry.

Work your way around the Destiny necklaces and bracelets bead by bead, like a rosary or mala, spending time with each affirmation so that you can activate that planet's positive energy in your OWN life!
