Ordering Policies

Orders will arrive in two to four weeks. Priority and Overnight shipping is available at an extra cost.
All jewelry is guaranteed from material defects for a one-year period, and will be fixed or replaced at no charge during this time.
Jewelry that breaks due to undue stresses (pulled by a baby, for example) is not covered by this guarantee, but we will be happy to remake the necklace for a $25 charge if you send back the piece.
If we make a piece of jewelry but the birth information given us is wrong, we will remake the necklace for a $25 charge. Essentially, we'll need to start over again from scratch.
All orders come with a complementary Natal Chart and Interpretation, a $25 value, free.
