Ordering Policies

Wandering Star makes every attempt to be exemplary in our customer service. We'd have to--we make custom jewelry!

Here are some things you may need to know before placing an order:

For a limited time, all orders will be shipped FREE via First Class US Mail and will arrive in two to four weeks. Priority and Overnight shipping is available at an extra cost.
All jewelry is guaranteed from material defects for a one-year period, and will be fixed or replaced at no charge during this time.
Jewelry that breaks due to undue stresses (pulled by a baby, for example) is not covered by this guarantee, but we will be happy to remake the necklace for a $25 charge if you send back the piece.
If we make a piece of jewelry but the birth information given us is wrong, we will remake the necklace for a $25 charge. Essentially, we'll need to start over again from scratch.
All orders come with a Natal Chart and Interpretation, a $25 value, free.
Your ordering information will remain completely confidential, and will NEVER be given out or sold.
